UVPX 510 separator

Description

Applications

The UVPX 510 separator is designed to discharge solids at intervals and simultaneously separate two mutually insoluble liquid phases with different densities. The separator is generally used for the clarification of the oil and the recovery of any traces of residual oil present in the vegetable water.

Standard design

The machine consists of a structure containing in the lower part the horizontal drive with clutch and brake, the helical gear, the lubricating oil tank and the vertical drum shaft. The drum is fixed on the upper part of the shaft inside the upper part of the machine body, which also contains the liquid feeding and discharging system. The drum is of the type with separation discs with a manual hydraulic system for the discharge of the solids. The automatic unloading system is available on request.

Additional options

The optionals include the Combimatic system which allows you to preset an automatic unloading cycle with preventive oil expulsion and automatic solids unloading.
