Double separator base

The double base for F.lli Ferri separators entirely in stainless steel has been designed and engineered to allow easy assembly of all the part relating to the separator drains and easy processing of the area relating to the separators. It is possible to install both a combination of 2 UVPX 507 separators and 2 UVPX 510 separators as well as a mixed combination of 1 UVPX 510 and 1 Uvpx507. Easily transportable, it is a single monobloc including all the separator discharges, oil storage tanks, delivery pipes to the separators, water pipes and any bypass systems. It is also equipped with an automatic separator wash chip pump system.

Double vibrating screen

The F.lli Ferri srl double vibrating filter built entirely in stainless steel has been designed and engineered to ensure the best possible separation of any solid elements contained in the liquids at the exit of the decanter; it is suitable for three-phase processing. They are equipped with a cover that makes them totally closed and with an inspectable porthole equipped with illuminated and self-cleaning glass. All this guarantees a further increase in the quality of the extracted oil as the contact times with oxygen are reduced.

Steam extraction hood

The F.lli Ferri vapor extraction hood is made entirely of stainless steel, reflects the same design as the vibrating filter cover and allows the suction of any vapors coming out of the decanter.
